煅烧温度与滴定速度对YAG粉体纯度的影响

中文摘要:以Al(NO3)3·9H2O和Y(NO3)3·H2O为原料,NH4HCO3为沉淀剂,用共沉淀法合成Y3Al5O12,YAG前驱体粉末。用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪和粒度分析仪等手段对YAG前驱体粉末进行表征。结果表明,前驱体经1100 ℃煅烧2 h后完全转变为分散性较好的纯立方相YAG粉末;滴定速度过快时,在1100 ℃煅烧2 h后,前驱体粉末中含有较多中间相YAP及少量Y2O3。
英文摘要:Yttrium aluminum garnet (Y3Al5O12, YAG) powder was synthesized by co-precipitation method using Al(NO3)3·9H2O and Y(NO3)3·H2O as raw materials and NH4HCO3 as precipitator. The calcined powder was identified using X-ray diffraction, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and laser granulometric analyzer. The results show that well dispersive and pure cubic YAG powder is obtained by calcing the precursor at 1100 ℃ for 2 h; sintering at 1100 ℃for 2 h, YAG precursor contains much more YAP and little Y2O3, if the titration rate is increased.
