中文摘要:以Q345中厚板对接焊为研究对象,利用Ansys分析软件对焊接过程三维瞬态温度场进行了模拟。通过对不同时刻的温度场分布和不同点所经历的热循环曲线进行分析,得出距离焊缝等距离的各点经历了相同的焊接热循环;由于多层多道焊具有焊接热叠加效果,在焊接第三道次后应降低焊接热输入,同时模拟结果为焊接参数的选择提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:The three-dimensional transient temperature field of Q345 medium plate butt welding was simulated by Ansys software, the temperature distribution at different time and the thermal cycle curve in different points were analyzed. The results show that the points with the same distance to the welding line have the same thermal cycle; heat input should be reduced after the third pass, because the multi-pass welding has the heat stack effect, meanwhile, the simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the choice of welding parameters.
