中文摘要:介绍了磁控埋弧焊的工作原理,依据近似熵的基本原理与算法,从非线性的角度去分析磁控埋弧焊的电弧稳定性,在满足焊接参数匹配的前提下,通过对采集到的焊接电流的信号进行近似熵计算和比较,表明非线性近似熵可以作为磁控埋弧焊的电弧稳定性的评判标准。近似熵越大,波动越小,磁控电弧就越稳定。
英文摘要:The working principle of magnetic submerged was introduced. According to the basic principles of approximate entropy algorithm, the stability of magnetic arc submerged arc weldingwas analyzed. Under the premise of welding parameters matching, the collected welding current signals were computed and compared. The results show that,the non-linear approximation entropy of the arc can be used as the criteria, the greater the approximate entropy, the smaller the volatility, the more stable the magnetic arc.
