中文摘要: 针对水下焊接焊缝质量差等问题,研制了一种用于水下局部干法焊接的旋转电弧传感器来改善水下焊接质量。运用流体力学仿真软件对传感器排水罩的排水效果进行了流场模拟,验证了排水罩结构设计的可行性。焊接实验证明,所设计的局部干法焊旋转电弧传感器改善了水下焊接的质量。
英文摘要: Aiming at the problem of poor welding quality in underwater welding, a kind of rotating arc sensor applied in underwater local dry welding was developed to improve underwater welding quality. The flow field of the drainage cover of the sensor was simulated by using a fluid mechanics simulation software, the feasibility of drainage cover structure design was validated. Welding experiments prove that the design of local dry welding rotating arc sensor can improve welding quality.
