中文摘要:针对磨球轧制机中斜轧轧辊螺旋孔型带有变高度、变螺距型槽的特点,以轧制?准38 mm磨球为例,阐述了利用Pro/E软件实体造型功能对轧辊的螺旋孔型进行实体建模的方法和步骤,克服了在轧辊传统设计中图形绘制复杂、无法直观体现轧辊实体、设计精度低等缺点,并为轧辊数控加工提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:Aiming at the characteristics of the roller with variable height spiral groove and variable pitch groove in grinding ball skew rolling machine, taking ?准38 mm grinding ball as an example, the methods and steps of solid modeling on spiral groove of roller using Pro / E solid modeling software were described, which overcomed the defects of the rollers' traditional design being complex, unviewable and low precision, provided a theoretical basis for NC machining of roller.
