中文摘要:以两种高径比棒坯为研究对象,针对一次热锻成锥齿轮毛坯的工艺,建立了应变、热磨损等多因素耦合下的刚粘塑性有限元模型,模拟分析了成形过程的金属流动特性,预测并解析了模具和坯料的温度场分布及演变,基于Archard模型分析了模具在该热锻过程中的磨损分布及深度,为间接预测模具寿命提供了依据。通过多种指标的评定获得了高径比合理的棒坯,对实际生产具有指导意义。
英文摘要:The two bar billets with different aspect ratios in enterprise were studied on the process of gear blank thermal forming. The rigid-viscoplastic finite element simulations in multifactor coupling condition of stress, heat and wear were established. The metal flow in the process was simulated. The temperature distribution and varying of the mold and blank was forecasted. The single-step wear depth and distribution of the die in the forging was analyzed based on the archard, which can provide sufficient data for evaluating the die life. The reasonable aspect ratio for the blank can be obtained, which can offer basises for the product.
