中文摘要:12Cr1MoV钢主要用于电站锅炉的过热器、再热器等高温重要部件,为保证安全,必须进行焊接工艺的合理评定。本文在分析12Cr1MoV钢焊接性基础上, 制定了其焊接工艺方案, 并对其焊接接头的力学性能进行了测试评定。结果表明, 所制定的焊接工艺方案符合DL/T868-2004《火力发电厂焊接技术规程》标准要求。
英文摘要:12Cr1MoV steel is mainly used in super heater and reheater of power station boiler, the welding procedure qualification should be carried out to promise safety. Based on the welding of 12Cr1MoV steel craft project, the welding process scheme was set up, the mechanical properties of the welded joint were tested. The results show that the weld craft project can meet DL/T868-2004 standard request of thermal power plant welds technique regulations.
