中文摘要:基于Deform-3D有限元分析软件,对无缝钢管空拉拔过程进行数值模拟,获得了各场量的分布。研究了金属的变形过程,等效应力-应变,速度的分布特点,进而分析了产生横裂、纵裂等实际问题的机理及其影响因素,为优化模具结构和进行空拔钢管工艺设计提供依据。
英文摘要:The process for empty-sunken seamless steel tube was simulated by Deform-3D software. The distribution of relevant field was obtained. The deformation process, effective stress-strain and velocity distribution were researched. So the mechanisms and effect factors which often cause transverse flaw and longitudinal flaw in production were analyzed, offering the basis for optimizing die structure and technology design of empty-sunken steel tube.
