中文摘要:利用激光熔覆技术,原位生成VC颗粒增强镍基涂层,用X射线衍射仪对涂层相结构进行分析,应用热力学原理对原位生成VC的热力学过程进行分析。结果表明,VC在约1000 K温度下能够原位生成;原位生成VC颗粒增强相在热力学上是可行的。
英文摘要:VC particulate reinforced Ni-based coating was prepared by laser cladding in-situ synthesis. The phase structure of the coating was analysed by X-ray diffractometer. The mechanism of VC fabricated by in-situ synthesis was analyzed by thermodynamics principles. The results show that VC can be produced by in-situ synthesis at the sintering temperature of 1000 K; in-situ synthesis of VC particulate reinforcement is feasible in the thermodynamic.
