中文摘要:通过低温固相反应在AZ31B镁合金表面制备SiO2基陶瓷涂层。通过XRD分析,Zn与基体表层镁生成低熔点合金相Mg0.97Zn0.03,降低固相反应温度,并起到固溶强化和时效强化的作用,提高了涂层和基体的结合强度,涂层的耐磨、耐蚀性能均有很大提高。
英文摘要:The SiO2-based ceramic coating on the surface of AZ31B alloy was prepared by solid phase reaction at low temperature. The XRD analysis shows that zinc and magnesium on surface made up produce low melting fuse link Mg0.97Zn0.03 new phase, which depress the temperature of solid phase reaction and cause solid-phase enrichment and ageing strengthening. The anchoring strength, abrasive resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating are enhanced.
