中文摘要：压力铸造是在多行业多领域应用较广泛的一种成形技术。有限元模拟软件 ProCAST用于模拟压力铸造过程中的温度场、应力场和流场，将有效地提高铸造工艺的正确性。从前处理技术、缩孔、缩松的预测、应力场的数值模拟三个方面简述了ProCAST在压力铸造的应用现状。
英文摘要：As a forming technique, die casting is broadly used in the multi-profession and multi-domain. The finite element analysis software ProCAST used to simulate the temperature field, stress field and flow field of the die casting process can effectively improve the accuracy of casting process. The application situation of ProCAST in die casting is discussed from three aspects, the pre-treatment technology, the prediction of shrinkage and porosity and the numerical simulation of stress field.
