中文摘要:采用Anycasting软件,通过对铝合金轮毂充型、凝固过程的模拟,预测了金属液充型、凝固过程时间、温度分布以及微观组织结构;通过对流动场与温度场的耦合计算,预测了铸件产生卷气、缩孔、缩松等缺陷的部位与形成原因,并提出了改进方案,从而缩短了生产周期,提高了铸造铝合金轮毂质量。
英文摘要:Through the numerical simulation on liquid metal filling and solidification process of cast aluminum alloy wheels, using Anycasting software, the time and temperature distribution of filling and solidification process and its microstructure were predicted. The position and reasons of filling and solidification defects, such as gas volume, shrinkage cavity and shrinkage, were predicted through coupling calculation for flow field and temperature field. The improvement process was proposed. So the production cycle shortens and the quality of cast aluminum alloy wheels improves.
