中文摘要:对球底圆筒形零件在成形过程的受力进行了分析,得到了各个部位的应力状态。 以非线性有限元分析软件Dynaform为平台,模拟了不同工艺参数条件下球底圆筒形零件的成形过程,得出了工艺参数对球底圆筒形件成形极限的影响规律。
英文摘要:The stress of spherical-bottomed cylindrical drawing parts in the forming process were analyzed, the stress state of all parts were received. The forming process for the parts was simulated based on non-linear finite element software Dyanform. The effect of different process parameters on the forming of spherical-bottomed cylindrical parts was obtained.
