中文摘要:采用自配的合金粉末,对45钢进行激光熔覆处理。利用OM、XRD和显微硬度计对熔覆层的组织结构及硬度进行了研究。结果表明, B最佳含量为1.5%;熔覆层基体相为α-Fe,基体相上分布有析出的Fe5C2、Fe2B和FeSi等相,还有一定量的非晶组织,熔覆层平均硬度高达730 HV0.2。
英文摘要:The laser cladding treatment on 45 steel surface was carried out with self-made alloy powder. The microstructure and hardness were investigated with OM, XRD and hardness measurement. The results show that the optimum B content is about 1.5%. The matrix phase in the cladding coating is α-Fe, some phases such as Fe5C2, Fe2B, and FeSi distributes on the matrix. The average hardness is 730 HV0.2.
