中文摘要:利用正交试验法对经不同配比变质剂变质处理的A357合金的力学性能进行了研究,采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对合金的显微组织进行分析。结果表明,采用复合变质法可大大提高A357合金的力学性能,处理后其能满足该合金砂型铸造的使用要求。
英文摘要:The mechanical properties of A357 alloy treated by different component of alterant were investigated by orthogonal test, and the microstructure was analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results show that the compound modification can greatly improve the mechanical properties of the alloy, which can satisfy the demand of A357 alloy sand casting.
