中文摘要:研究了高频淬火加热方式、加热参数、感应圈的设计以及淬火介质对零件硬度的影响。结果表明:采购一定规格的N型导磁体,制作适当的感应圈,加热到(880~900) ℃,用今禹8-20淬火液冷却,就可以满足零件的技术要求。
英文摘要:The effects of heating method, heating parameters, designing of inductor and quenching medium on hardness of parts were studied. The results show that through purchasing the certain specification N type magnet case, making the appropriate induction coil, heating to 880~900℃and cooling with Jinyu 8-20 quenching medium, the technique request of parts can be fulfilled.
