中文摘要:通过考察铁基多元合金堆焊层经200~600 ℃保温不同时间后的硬度变化,结合金相组织的分析,研究了铁基多元合金堆焊层的抗软化性。结果表明,该堆焊层具有较好的抗软化性,并有二次硬化现象,经500 ℃保温2 h后,出现硬度高峰值51.5 HRC;经500 ℃保温20 h后,硬度略有降低,但与焊态堆焊层硬度值相当。
英文摘要:The softening resistance of overlay welding layer on iron-based multiple alloying after heat treating at 200~600 ℃for various times was studied using microstructure observation and hardness testing. The results show that the overlay welding layer has good softening resistance and secondary hardening phenomenon, after heat treating at 500 ℃ for 2 h, its hardness has a high peak value 51.5 HRC, and after heat treating at 500 ℃ for 20 h, the hardness decreases slightly, which is close to that of as-welded samples.
