中文摘要:采用正交实验法,找出了T10A钢在脉冲电场作用下理想的球化退火工艺参数,并进行了相应的新工艺实验。结果得到T10A钢较理想的球化组织,同时降低了T10A钢的退火加热温度,缩短了保温时间,其硬度可比普通退火钢的低50~100 HBS,更好地改善了T10A钢的切削加工性能。
英文摘要:The ideal spheroidizing annealing parameters of steel T10A were found out under the effect of impulse electric field through the orthogonal experiment. Through the corresponding experiments of the new technology, the better ball-body microstructure of T10A steel is obtained, while the annealing temperature of T10A steel reduces, the holding time is shortened, the hardness reduces by 50~100 HBS compared with ordinary annealed steel. The machining performance of T10A steel improves.
