中文摘要:采用“锻热调质预处理+ 去应力退火+真空高压气体淬火+三次高温回火+ RE-N-C-B-O-S多元共渗”复合强化工艺,对4Cr5MoSiV1钢进行热处理强化工艺研究。对比实验结果表明,复合热处理强化后的力学性能明显改善,模具寿命提高了4~5倍,取得了比较好的效果。
英文摘要:The heat treatment strengthening process for 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel was studied through the compound strengthening heat treatment technology of the “pretreatment of hot-forging & quenching and tempering treatment + stress relief annealing + vacuum heat treatment at high pressure gas quenching +three times high-temperature tempering +RE-N-C-B-O-S multicomponent permeation”, Comparative test results show that the mechanical properties significantly improve after strengthening heat treatment. The die life increases by 4 ~ 5 times, and achieves the better results.
