中文摘要:对50CrMoV和W6Mo5Cr4V2进行了脉冲放电强化试验,通过XRD对其强化层结构进行了分析。结果发现,两者第一主强化相虽然都是W2C,但其含量后者(W6Mo5Cr4V2)明显减少,且两者的第二主强化相不同,前者为ε-Fe2-3N,而后者为Fe3W3C。另外通过金相分析发现,两者的强化层与基体之间的扩散程度有较大的差别,后者(W6Mo5Cr4V2)较前者扩散程度明显加强,致使后者涂层的硬度略有下降,但厚度和结合力有所提高。
英文摘要:Two different substrate materials (50CrMoV and W6Mo5Cr4V2) were strengthened by electro-spark alloying. The microstructure of the two alloyed coatings was characterized. It is found that the first main strengthening phase is the same (W2C), but the content of W2C in the coating of W6Mo5Cr4V2 significantly reduces, and the second main strengthening phase in the two coatings is markedly different, the former is ε-Fe2-3N, and the latter W6Mo5Cr4V2 is Fe3W3C. In addition, by metallographic analysis, it is found that there are large differences in the diffusion between coating and substrate. The diffusion of the latter is more obvious, which results in a slight decrease of the coating hardness of the latter, but its thickness and adhesion strength improve.
