中文摘要:采用Gleeble热模拟试验机和光学金相显微镜研究了X80钢连续冷却条件下的组织及其转变规律。实验结果表明: 随冷却速度的提高,X80管线钢组织由多边状、 准多边状铁素体逐渐转为贝氏体类组织。其中以20~30 ℃/s速度冷却时获得的组织以典型的细小、均匀针状铁素体类型为主;组织中含有一定数量的细小M/A岛弥散分布于铁素体晶粒内部的板条界上,这种组织结构有利于获得高强度与高韧性。
英文摘要:The microstructure and continuous transformation rules of X80 steel were researched by Gleeble thermal mechanical simulator and OM. The results show that the microstructure of the pipeline steel transforms from polygonal ferrite or quasi-polygonal ferrite to bainite ferrite with the increase of cooling rate. The microstructure is mainly fine uniform acicular ferrite when the cooling rate is 20~30 ℃/s. The fine M/A island disperses in the boundary of ferrite lath grains, and this kind of microstructure is beneficial to obtain the pipeline steel with high-strength and high-toughness.
