中文摘要:对自主研发的直流电磁泵的静压头?驻P、流量Q与电极电流I的关系进行了研究。结果表明,在磁感应强度一定的情况下,静压头与电极电流成线性关系;而流量与电极电流成二次函数关系。结合车用发动机增压器叶轮复杂铝铸件结构特点,确定了电磁泵充型低压铸造生产工艺。对铝铸件性能检测表明,采用该技术生产的复杂铝铸件综合力学性能良好。
英文摘要:The relationship between static pressure ?驻P, current capacity Q and electrode current I in self-made direct current electromagnetic pump was researched. The results show that, in a certain condition of magnetic induction intensity, ?驻P and I presents linear relation; Q and I presents quadratic function relation. Considering the structure characteristic of turbo-charge blade wheel of complex aluminum alloy in vehicle engine, the production process for electromagnetic pump low-pressure coasting is determined. The complex aluminum castings produced by this technique have good comprehensive mechanical properties.
