中文摘要:对气体压缩机曲轴锻件在锻造中出现的质量不合格的原因进行了总结,制定了改进工艺,并对按该工艺锻造的29件曲轴的锻造过程进行跟踪。理化检验分析表明,一次合格率达到82.8%。5件不合格的曲轴经第一次热处理后晶粒度低于5级,有3件存在混晶,但重处理或复验后总合格率达到了100%。
英文摘要:The reasons for the failure quality of gas compressor crankshaft were summarized. The improved process was formulated. 29 crankshafts manufactured through the improved forging process were investigated. After physical and chemical analysis, the pass rate reaches 82.8%. The grain size of the failed five crankshafts is below 5 after first heat treatment, the mixed grains exist in three of the five ones. In the end, the qualification rate reaches 100% after reprocessing or re-examination.
