中文摘要:研究了2205双相不锈钢在手工电弧焊(SMAW)和钨极氩弧焊(GTAW)两种焊接方法下所得焊缝的微观组织及用化学浸泡法所测得的焊缝耐蚀性。结果表明:GTAW焊缝中奥氏体相更多,且相比例更接近母材。在不同浓度下的FeCl3溶液中,GTAW焊缝比SMAW焊缝表现出更好的耐蚀性,并且GTAW焊缝耐蚀性更接近或略好于母材。
英文摘要:The weld microstructure of 2205 duplex stainless steel was obtained by shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) and gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), and the corrosion resistance was measured by chemical immersion. The results show that austenitic phase in GTAW weld is more, and the relative proportion is closer than the base material. At the same time, in different concentrations of FeCl3 solution, the corrosion resistance of GTAW weld performance is better than the SMAW weld, and the corrosion resistance of the GTAW weld is closer or higher than the base material.
