中文摘要:介绍了钢轨连续和脉动闪光焊接工艺。脉动闪光工艺的有效热输入大,有利于降低落锤断口灰斑,适合焊接U75V钢轨。为获得有效加热,脉动闪光工艺参数必须根据加热钢轨接触电阻变化,对焊接参数分多段进行独立调节,确保不发生长时间短路或快速烧化。
英文摘要:Continuous and pulse flash-butt rail welding process was introduced. The effective thermal input of pulse flash process is large, it can help reduce the drop weight test fracture of flat spot, which is suitable for welding U75V rail. In order to obtain an effective heating, pulse flashing process parameters must change based on rail contact resistance. To adjust heated in stages independently, can ensure the nonoccurrence of no long time short circuit or rapid flashing.
