中文摘要:螺旋焊管在油气输送中占有重要地位,建立螺旋焊管成型过程的三维模型对焊管成型过程分析、残余应力及承载能力分析有重要意义。在AutoCAD中螺旋体三维造型是一个较难解决的问题,本文利用SolidEdge建立螺旋焊管三维模型,利用VBA编制程序,建立了成型辊及螺旋焊管成型过程的三维参数化模型,利用该模型通过Abaqus对成型过程进行了仿真。通过仿真确定了优化的成型参数,成型辊下压量为7mm时,经成型、释放后管坯的管径能够满足要求。
英文摘要:Submerged arc welded pipes(SAW) play an important role in oil and gas transmission, its 3-D model for forming procedure is meaningful for forming analysis, residual stress analysis and load capacity analysis. It's difficult to develop 3-D helical model with AutoCAD software. 3-D model for HSAW forming procedure based on parameterized VBA programs was developed, and which was successfully used in the forming simulation with Abaqus software. By residual stress and dimension analysis, the optimized reduction forming value is 7 mm.
