中文摘要:利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟实验机对大型支承辊锻件45Cr4NiMoV材料的力学及热力学性能进行实验测定,建立了该材料的本构关系模型。同时利用DEFORM-3D软件对镦粗和主拔长两个工序进行了模拟,分析了不同砧宽比下锻造过程中的温度场、应力场和应变场,得到了优化的锻造工艺方案。
英文摘要:The mechanical and thermodynamic properties of 45Cr4NiMoV material for large forging backup roll were mensurated by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation testing machine. At the same time, DEFORM-3D software was used to simulate the two main processes, upsetting and stretching, the temperature field, stress field and strain field under the conditions of different anvil width ratioes in the forging process were analyzed,so the forging technology program was optimized.
