中文摘要:主要研究了热镀锌退火温度对DP780的组织和性能的影响。利用OM、SEM、TEM等技术对显微组织进行了观察和分析,并结合性能进行了研究。结果表明:随退火温度升高,抗拉强度呈稳定或降低趋势,主要是因为奥氏体的淬透性降低,产生了非马氏体组织,导致马氏体的复相强化作用降低。 受非马氏体组织的影响及可动位错密度降低的作用,屈服强度、屈强比随退火温度升高而升高。总体来说,在780~800 ℃退火,细小弥散的马氏体均匀分布在铁素体中,具有这种组织的钢综合性能良好。
英文摘要:The effects of hot-dip galvanizing annealing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of DP780 were investigated. The microstructure was observed and analyzed by OM, SEM and TEM. The results show that the tensile strength hardly changes or decreases with the annealing temperature increasing, which may be the decrease of martensite's multiphase reinforcement because the emergence of non-martensite for austensite's hardenability decreases. The yield strength, yield ratio increase with the increase of annealing temperature, due to the impact of non-martensite and the decrease of movable dislocation density. In general, this microstructure with fining dispersed martensite distributing in the ferrite can be obtained with annealing temperature changing from 780 ℃to 800 ℃, and this DP steel presents good comprehensive properties.
