中文摘要:利用ANSYS软件对2Cr13、1Cr13Ni9Ti基体等离子喷涂的Sm2Zr2O7热障涂层在热冲击过程中的热应力分布进行了数值模拟,并比较了不同基体对涂层热冲击性能的影响。结果表明,热冲击过程中在涂层表面均存在较大的径向冲击热应力,同时在表面陶瓷层/金属粘结层界面处存在较大的应力梯度,2Cr13基体涂层的热冲击性能优于1Cr13Ni9Ti基体涂层,有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。
英文摘要:The distribution of thermal stresses generated in the process of thermal shocking of plasma sprayed Sm2Zr2O7 thermal barrier coatings on 2Cr13 and 1Cr13Ni9Ti substrates was analyzed with ANSYS software, and the effects of material type of substrates on thermal shocking properties of thermal barrier coatings were compared with each other. The results show that there is higher radial thermal stress on the surface of the coatings, and there is also higher stress gradient at top ceramic layer/metal bond layer interface. The thermal shocking properties of Sm2Zr2O7 coating with 2Cr13 substrate is better than those with 1Cr13Ni9Ti substrate, the calculation results obtained throngh finite element method agree well with that of the experiment.
