中文摘要:利用差热分析(DTA)和不同温度下急冷金相组织观察,研究了配制的新型低熔点锌合金的凝固相变温度及凝固组织变化特征。 DTA曲线的分析表明, 合金的相变起始温度为357.6 ℃, 共晶温度为362.8 ℃,固相线温度为381.6 ℃,液相线温度为407.1 ℃。不同温度下急冷试样组织观察显示,该合金在凝固过程中的相变及组织演变特征与DTA分析吻合,凝固试样具有良好的力学性能和表面光洁度,能够满足硅胶模低温铸造要求。
英文摘要:By the quenching microstructure observation of differential thermal analysis (DTA) at different temperature, the temperature of solidification phase change and the characteristics of solidification microstructure change of a new low-melting-point zinc alloy were studied. By analysing DTA curve of low melting point zinc alloy, the results show that the alloy phase transformation starting temperature is 357.6 ℃, the eutectic temperature is 362.8 ℃, the solidus temperature is 381.6 ℃, the liquidus temperature is 407.1 ℃. Observing quenching samples at different temperature indicates that the phase transformation of the alloy and characteristics of microstructure evolution during solidification matching DTA analysis, the solidification samples have good mechanical properties and surface finish, which can also meet casting requirements of the low-temperature silicone rubber mold.
