中文摘要:含钒TRIP钢热变形后在350~450 ℃等温处理30 min,研究卷取温度对其显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随等温温度的升高,贝氏体、残余奥氏体的量以及残余奥氏体中碳浓度先增加后减少。 断后伸长率、最大力非比例伸长率和应变硬化指数表现出与此类似的变化趋势。450 ℃等温处理时析出的渗碳体对延性和应变硬化指数有不利影响。热轧TRIP钢的卷取温度为400 ℃时将获得优良的综合力学性能。
英文摘要:Hot deformed vanadium bearing TRIP-aided steels were isothermally treated at 350~450 ℃ for 30 min in order to study the effects of coiling temperature on its microstructure and mechanical properties. The results show that, with the increase of holding temperature, the amount of bainite and retained austenite, the carbon concentration in retained austenite first increases and then decreases. Percentage elongation after fracture, percentage non-proportional elongation at maximun fore and strain hardening exponent exhibit a similar trend as above. Cementite which precipitates during isothermal treatment at 450 ℃ causes damages to both ductility and strain hardening exponent. The excellent combination of strength and ductility is obtained when hot rolling TRIP-aided steels are coiled at 400 ℃.
