中文摘要:通过在不同温度下单向拉伸实验,分别沿轧向、45°方向和横向对AZ31镁合金轧制板材的冲压性能进行了研究。结果表明:随着变形温度的升高, 板材抗拉强度和屈服强度下降,断裂伸长率提高,应变硬化指数和塑性应变比降低, 拉伸性能得到改善; 温度高于200 ℃时,板材的冲压性能得到改善,其屈强比为0.876,应变硬化指数为0.158,塑性应变比为1.307。
英文摘要:Drawability of AZ31 magnesium alloy rolling sheet was studied through the single tensile test at different temperature along the orientation of rolling, 45° and traverse. The results show, with the increase of deformation temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength drop, the break elongation enhances, the strain-hardening exponent and plastic strain ratio reduce, the drawing performance improves; when the temperature is above 200 ℃, its tensile ratio is 0.876, the strain hardening exponent is 0.158, the plastic strain ratio is 1.307.
