中文摘要:常温下,采用改进后的MPV-1500型摩擦磨损试验机,研究了直流稳恒磁场对45钢销/W18Cr4V环干滑动磨损性能的影响。结果表明:随外磁场强度的增加,试样销的磨损质量损失先降低后增加;无磁场条件下,磨损表面呈现深沟状形貌,并出现凹坑,施加磁场后,磨损表面犁沟较浅,磨面较为平坦,随磁场强度逐渐增大,磨损表面存在粘着。
英文摘要:The wear characteristics of 45 steel pin against W18Cr4V ring on improved MPV-1500 tester under the DC magnetic field and dry sliding friction at room temperature were studied. Results indicate, with the increase of the magnetic field strength, the wear mass loss of the sample decreases first and then increases. Under no magnetic field conditions, the wear surface is the deep groove shape and concave; after applying the magnetic field, the wear surface is smooth and grind meal. With the magnetic field strength gradually increasing, the wear surface has adhesion.
