中文摘要:采用原位合成法制备了Mg2Si/AM60镁基复合材料,观察了Mg2Si颗粒的分布情况,并对其半固态流变压铸成形进行了研究。结果表明,Mg2Si颗粒呈汉字状分布;半固态成形减轻了传统压铸件缩孔、偏析等铸造缺陷;液态压铸微观组织基本形貌以大块枝晶为主,液相不规则分布在枝晶间;半固态流变压铸后微观组织绝大部分为球状或类球状组织。
英文摘要:Mg2Si/AM60 composites were prepared by in-situ technique. The distribution of Mg2Si reinforced particles was observed. The forming of rheo-die casting was studied. The results show that, the distribution of Mg2Si particle is in the form of character; the porosity and less segregation in casting of semi-solid formed magnesium alloy composites are improved. The fundamental morphology of the microstructure in conventional die casting is massive dendrite and liquid-phase irregularly distributes between dendrites. The microstructure of the composites after semi-solid rheo-die casting is spherical or as-spherical structure.
