中文摘要:在单动压力机上可以通过专用的模架实现闭塞挤压,这种挤压方式与普通的正挤压或反挤压不同,属于径向挤压,这种挤压方式的挤压力计算方法目前尚未见报道。通过分析三叉轴冷挤压成形过程,提出了一种闭塞挤压力的计算方法,并通过DEFORM-3D数值模拟结果进行比较,验证了该计算方法的科学性,并提出了一定的修正办法,减小了计算误差。
英文摘要:The technology of closing die extrusion attributes to radial extrusion, which is different from normal direct extrusion or backward extrusion, could be realized by the dedicated formwork in ordinary single-acting hydraulic press. The calculation method of closing-die extrusion force has never been seen in any reports. Taking cold extrusion trigeminal-axle as an example, a new calculation method of closing-die extrusion force was proposed. The comparison between the results of the new method and the numerical simulation results of Deform-3D inspects verifies the scientificity of the new method. On the basis of the comparison, the amendment is put forward to reduce the errors further.
