中文摘要:介绍了激光表面淬火、激光表面熔覆、激光表面合金化、激光熔凝的特点和在工模具材料上的应用,通过激光强化处理改善了工模具材料表面硬度、耐磨性、抗疲劳等力学性能。最后指出了实际应用中存在的问题及今后需要深入研究的方向。
英文摘要:The characteristic and application in tool and die materials was reviewed from laser surface hardening, laser surface fusing together, laser surface alloying and cladding. The materials properties such as surface hardness, wear resistance, fatigue resistance and ect. were improved through laser strengthening treating. Finally, the existent problems and research direction were pointed out.
