回火温度对冶金锯片用钢8CrV组织及性能的影响

中文摘要:采用金相观察、力学性能测试等手段,对经300~460 ℃连续回火处理的冶金锯片用钢8CrV的组织和性能进行分析。结果显示:随回火温度的升高,其组织由淬火马氏体逐渐转化为回火马氏体、回火马氏体+回火索氏体及回火索氏体;试样的强度连续下降,屈强比略有上升。在420 ℃左右出现了回火脆性,冲击值、断面收缩率和伸长率发生明显变化,而硬度略有升高。
英文摘要:The continuously tempering at 300~460 ℃for saw blade made of 8CrV steel was carried out. The microstructure and mechanical properties of 8CrV steel were analyzed using metallographic observation and mechanical measurement. The results show that: with the increase of tempered temperature, the quenched martensite transforms into the tempered martensite, tempered martensite+tempered sorbite and tempered sorbite; the strength of samples decreases continuously but yield ratio increases a little. At about 420 ℃, the temper brittleness occurs and obvious properties change happens of the samples, such as impact value, reduction area and elongation. However, the hardness values enhance at this temperature.
