中文摘要:研究了45钢亚温淬火组织与性能,分析了显微组织与性能的关系。结果表明:在740~820 ℃,随淬火温度升高,45钢淬火组织中铁素体量逐渐减少;其分布形态也由块状、网状变成细小颗粒状,材料的综合性能得以改善。实验得出,最合理的亚温淬火工艺是(790±5)℃淬火,(550±10) ℃回火。
英文摘要:The microstructure and properties of 45 steel after subcritically-quenching were studied. The relationship between the microstructure and properties were discussed. The results show that the ferrite contents of 45 steel quenched microstructure decrease gradually in the temperature range of 740~820 ℃and ferrite distributing form changes from block, mesh into a small mesh granular in 45 steel quenched microstructure. General properties of materials improve. The experiment obtains the most reasonable subcritical quenching process: quenching at 790 ℃ for 5 h, tempering at 550 ℃ for 10 h.
