中文摘要:用固体粉末法在4Cr10Si2Mo马氏体气阀钢表面制备了Al-Ti二元渗层及Al-Ti-Ce三元渗层,研究了渗层的显微组织和成分分布,测定了渗层显微硬度。结果表明:Al-Ti渗层厚约550 μm,硬度500 HV;Al-Ti-Ce渗层厚约720 μm,硬度570 HV。
英文摘要:Al-Ti binary layers and Al-Ti-Ce ternary layers were prepared on the surface of martensitic valve steel 4Cr10Si2Mo by solid powder method. The coating's microstructure and the element distribution were characterized by XRD and EDS, and their microhardness value was measured. The results show that the Al-Ti binary diffusing layers have a thickness of 550 μm and a microhardness about 500 HV; the Al-Ti-Ce ternary diffusing layers present a thickness of 720 μm and a microhardness about 570 HV.
