耐高温合金电刷镀镀层显微组织及硬度分析
Analysis on Microstructure and Hardness of Brush Plating Coating on High Temperature Resistance Alloy

中文摘要:以45钢为基体,采用电刷镀法制备了镀层,利用Olympus PME-3型金相显微镜观察了镀层的组织形貌,用MH-5型电子显微硬度测试仪测定了镀层的硬度以及镀层径向的一系列硬度值,探讨了保温温度对硬度变化的影响,并得出硬度的变化规律。结果表明:Ni-W-D耐高温合金镀层在300 ℃保温30 min时,其硬度达到最高值973 HV,与基体相比提高了3倍多,且晶粒细小、组织致密;在高温下服役时,出现了相变再强化现象。
英文摘要:The Ni-W-D coating was prepared by electric brush plating taking 45 steel as matrix. The coating morphology was observed by Olympus PME-3-type metalloscope, the hardness of coating and a series of radial coating points were determined by MH-5-type electron micro-hardness tester. The effects of insulation temperature on hardness change were investigated. The law of the hardness change was obtained. The results show that the hardness of Ni-W-D high temperature alloy coating, which is insulated for 30 min at 300 ℃, reaches the highest value of 973 HV. Compared with the hardness of the matrix, it increases more than three times. Moreover, the crystal grain of the coating is very small and its microstructure is quite dense. When it serves at high temperature, it is strengthened furtherly due to phase transition.
