中文摘要:采用MM-200型磨损试验机研究了Cr5型冷轧工作辊用钢的磨损行为,并采用扫描电镜对其磨损机理进行了分析。结果表明:在本实验条件下,随着磨损时间的延长及试验载荷的增加,Cr5钢的磨损质量损失逐渐增加;当实验载荷小于200 N时,Cr5型冷轧工作辊用钢的磨损形式主要为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损;当试验载荷为250N时,磨损形式主要为粘着磨损和疲劳剥落。
英文摘要:The wearing test of Cr5 steel was carried out on MM-200 wearing machine, and the wearing mechanism was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicate that the wearing mass loss increases with the increase of wearing time and experimental load. The wearing mechanism is abrasive and adhesion when the load is lower than 200 N. And the wearing mechanism is fatigue spalling and adhesion when the load is 250 N.
