中文摘要:采用混合盐法制备了TiB2/Al-7Si复合材料,对复合材料的微观组织进行了观察,并对其力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:原位生成的TiB2颗粒平均尺寸约 400 nm,在复合材料中分布均匀;TiB2颗粒对α-Al和共晶Si都具有显著的细化效果;复合材料的力学性能较其基体有明显的提高;基体晶粒的细化及TiB2颗粒的弥散分布是复合材料的主要强化机制。
英文摘要:TiB2/Al-7Si composite was synthesized by salt reaction route. The microstructure of the composite was observed, and the mechanical properties were also tested. The results show that in-situ TiB2 particles have the average size of about 400 nm, and uniformly disperse in the matrix. TiB2 particles have a significant effect on the refinement of primary α-Al and eutectic Si. The mechanical properties of the composites are better than that of the matrix . Matrix grain refining and dispersive distribution of TiB2 particles are the main strengthening mechanisms.
