中文摘要:介绍了高铬铸铁的组织和性能特点,综述高铬铸铁合金堆焊、等离子熔覆、激光熔覆涂层最新研究进展。分析了高铬铸铁合金涂层制备以及服役过程中的裂纹形成,提出了减少和消除涂层裂纹的途径,并对高铬铸铁合金涂层的发展进行了展望。
英文摘要:The microstructure and properties of high chromium cast iron are demonstrated. The recent research achievements of high chromium cast iron coatings produced by arc surfacing, plasma cladding and laser cladding are reviewed. The causes of cracks formation in the process of preparation or in service are analyzed. The measures to decrease or prevent cracking are suggested. At last, the future prospects of high chromium cast iron coatings are involved.
