中文摘要:研究了化学复合镀Ni-P-金刚石镀层耐磨性,测量热处理前后的金相组织、硬度变化,对比了热处理前后镀层的耐磨性。结果表明:采用合适的工艺条件,可获得金刚石微粉分布均匀的镀层,经热处理后,镀层硬度可达到901HV0.2左右,且镀层与基体结合力良好,耐磨性大大提高。
英文摘要:Abrasion prtformance of Ni-P- diamond composite coatings was studied, the microstructure and microchardness were measured , wear resistance was contrasted before and after heat treatment, coating. The results show that the distribution of micro-diamond particle is uniform within the composite films. After heat treatment the microhardness is 901HV, and the coating with good adhesion, abrasion performance is greatly improved .
