中文摘要:本文是研究热处理工艺对Sr变质Al-10%Si-3%Cu-0.3%Mg合金组织和和力学性能的影响。通过显微组织观察、力学性能检测及断口形貌分析,对Al10Si3Cu0.3Mg合金硬度和抗拉强度进行了研究。结果表明,在500℃(或500℃×4h+515℃)下固溶处理,随着时间的延长,富铜相的溶解量增多,同时在535℃下出现了富铜相的熔化。同时还发现与一步固溶工艺相比,两步固溶处理工艺下富铜相能够充分溶解,性能更好。经500℃保温4h+515℃保温8h性能最佳;对该试样再进行175℃时效4h,抗拉强度和塑性都明显提高。
英文摘要:The purpose was to investigate the effect of heat treatment on microstructure and the mechanical properties of Al-10%Si-3%Cu-0.3%Mg alloy.The hardness and tensile strength of
Al-10%Si-3%Cu-0.3%Mg alloy were studied through observing the microstructure, detecting the mechanical properties and analyzing the fracture morphology.The results show that after solution treatment at 500℃(or500℃×4h+515℃)the dissolution of the copper rich phases is to increase against the time,and melting of the copper rich phases is observed at 535℃ solution temperature.And compared with the single-step solution treatment,the copper rich phases is ample dissolution and the mechanical properties are better.After solution treatment at 500℃for 8h, and solution treatment at 515℃ for 8 h,the mechanical properties are best;and further
after aging at 175℃ for 4 h ,the tensile strength and ductility are improved obviously.
