中文摘要:在MM7132平面磨床上对42CrMo钢进行了磨削淬火试验,研究了冷却方式及试样尺寸对淬硬层厚度及淬硬区组织的影响。结果表明:在湿磨条件下,随着磨削深度的增加,淬硬层厚度总体呈增大趋势,淬硬层厚度均达到了1.5mm。磨削深度为0.2mm、试件高度为100mm干磨时淬硬层厚度为0.75mm,淬硬层显微硬度最高值为771.8HV;试件高度为150mm时淬硬层厚度为0.5mm,淬硬层显微硬度最高值为605.4HV。干磨时马氏体组织更细小。
英文摘要:Grind hardening test was performed on the MM7132 surface grinder with 42CrMo steel. The effect of cooling method and specimen size on the depth of the hardened layer and the microstructure in the hardened region was studied. The results showed that the depth of the hardened layer was increased with the increasing of the grinding depth under the condition of wet grinding. The hardened layer was 1.5mm in depth. When the grinding depth was 0.2mm and the height of specimen was 100mm, the hardened layer was 0.75mm in depth and the maximum microhardness was 771.8 under the condition of dry grinding; when the height of specimen was 150mm, the hardened layer was 0.5mm in depth and the maximum microhardness was 605.4 with the same grinding condition. The martensite was more small under the condition of dry grinding.
