中文摘要:通过对化学成分、金相组织及渗碳层显微硬度的检测,结合断口形貌观察等手段,分析了某转向齿扇摇臂轴齿轮断齿的原因。结果表明:扇形锥齿轮齿根槽角处的刀痕和折叠等加工缺陷,导致齿根部位产生应力集中,是断齿的主要原因;而齿轮渗碳层的高碳势稍有过热的组织促进了轮齿的疲劳断裂。
英文摘要:The chemical composition, microstructure and micro-hardness of carburized layer on the gear tooth of a veering fan-shaped rocker shaft were examined respectively. The macroscopic and microscopic appearances of the fracture were observed. The results show that the main reason for the tooth fracture is the machining defects of tool-marks and folding on the bevel gear tooth bottom, which formed the stress concentrations. The cracking was promoted by improper microstructure of the carburized layer due to overheating in high carbon area.
