中文摘要:以TC4钛合金材料为研究对象,利用计算流体力学软件Flunet建立搅拌摩擦焊过程的三维有限体积模型,选取k-湍流计算模型,利用数值模拟的方法对材料的塑形流动行为进行了研究。结果表明:搅拌头及其附近区域的材料流动方向与拌头的旋转方向相同,且此区域的材料流动速度远大于其它区域;受接触点线速度的影响,轴肩附近的材料流动速度大于焊件内部与搅拌针接触区域材料的流动速度,且搅拌针附近材料的流动速度随搅拌针的直径减小而减小。
英文摘要:The 3D finite volume model is established by adopting CFD software FLUENT, while the metal of weldment is TC4 titanium alloy .Using RNG k- turbulent model, the flow behavior of plastic material in friction stir welding is obtained by numerical simulation. The results show that the direction of material flow near the rotational tool is the same as the rotational direction of the tool and the flow velocity is much higher than other region of weldment. The material flow velocity near the tool shoulder is higher than that near the pin, which results from the difference of linear velocity of contact points. And inside the weldment, the flow velocity near the pin decreases with the decrease of the pin diameter.
