中文摘要:摘要:利用微弧氧化技术对AZ91D镁合金在硅酸盐和锆盐溶液中进行表面陶瓷化处理,发现不同电参数对膜层厚度有很大的影响。并采用IM6e型电化学工作站,对微弧氧化镁合金进行电位极化曲线测量。通过电化学测量对微弧氧化镁合金的腐蚀行为进行分析。用处理好的镁合金进行腐蚀实验,用失重法和极化法测试其耐蚀性,发现电解液中,锆元素会大大提高膜层的耐蚀性。同时通过XRD分析发现硅酸盐电解液中制备的陶瓷膜主要由Mg2SiO4、MgO、MgF2等相组成,锆盐电解液中制备的陶瓷膜主要由MgO、MgF2、ZrO2相组成。
英文摘要: Abstract : The use of micro-arc oxidation technology for AZ91D magnesium alloy in silicate and zirconium salt solution ceramic surface treatment,found that different electrical parameters on the film thickness has a great influence。And using IM6e electrochemical workstation, measured the micro-arc magnesium alloy polarization curves。By electrochemical measurement of micro-arc magnesium alloys,to analyze the corrosion behavior 。With treated magnesium alloys doing corrosion experiments, using weight loss method and polarization method tested their corrosion resistance and found that the zirconium element will greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the film。Also found by XRD analysis of silicate salt electrolyte ceramic membrane mainly constituted by the Mg2SiO4, MgO, MgF2 phase, etc., zirconium salt electrolyte ceramic membrane mainly constituted by the MgO, MgF2, ZrO2 phase.。
