中文摘要:概述了合金元素Al、Zn、Mn、Zr、Th对镁合金组织性能的影响。结果表明:Al能提高镁合金的室温强度,Zn有固溶强化和时效强化的双重作用,Mn能够改善合金的腐蚀性能及焊接性能,Zr对大多数镁合金有强烈细化作用,Si能合理增加镁合金的高温强度与抗蠕变能力。文章最后提出了今后的发展方向。
英文摘要:The effets of alloying element on microstructure and properties of magnesium alloy are summarized. The results indicate that Al can enhance room temperature strength of magnesium alloy, Zn has the dual role of solution strengthening and aging strengthening, Mn can improve corrosion resistance and welding performance of the alloy. For most of the magnesium alloy Zr has strong grain refining effet, Si can increase high temperature strength and creep resistance of magnesium alloy reasonably. At last, the developing aspect is suggested.
